Samsung launches ‘Smart Club’ loyalty programme
Customers will be eligible for membership on a purchase of any Samsung product from selected Samsung Smart Plazas and Fair Connection outlets
Samsung Bangladesh has introduced a loyalty programme called 'Smart Club' for their customers.
Under this progarmme, clients will be eligible for membership on a purchase of any Samsung product from selected Samsung Smart Plazas and Fair Connection outlets.
This exclusive membership will allow customers to enjoy a variety of rewards and superior benefits, ranging from redemption points to priority customer services, the intimation of product launches and invitation to events.
The programme is open for all Bangladeshi residents aged 18 years and above, except for those who are associated with Samsung as business partners, their family members, store staff, and Samsung employees.
New members will receive 1,000 Welcome Points upon successful registration and the points will be valid for 18 months.
For every Tk100 purchase, members will receive one point. The members will be able to earn points maximum five times in a calendar month against his transactions.
All the points will be valid for 18 months from the date of the point generation. Furthermore, the members need to earn a minimum of 1,500 points for the first redemption.
Managing Director of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh Seungwon Youn, General Manager Bomin Kim, Head of Consumer Electronics & IT Shahriar Bin Lutfor, and Head of Mobile Business Muyeedur Rahman were present at the launching ceremony, among others.
Samsung Bangladesh Managing Director Seungwon Youn said, "At Samsung, we are always striving to bring powerful and fun experiences for the customers. Through this programme, members can easily earn points whenever they will purchase any Samsung product and redeem them those points to get discounts on future purchases."

Moreover, the membership card is not transferrable and during the point redemption, an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification.
The members can only redeem the existing points and the new purchase points will be available for the next purchase. Members will not be able to encash or sell or purchase or transfer their reward points.
