With a mild cold wave and heavy fog going across the country, the remainder of the Bangabandhu T20 Cup matches have been rescheduled.
With four group stage games, two qualifiers, one eliminator and a final still left to play, the matches will begin 30 minutes earlier, a press release from the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) stated on Wednesday.
When there are two matches on the same day the first match will begin at 12:30 pm and the toss will take place at 12:00 pm at the Sher-e-Bangla National cricket stadium in Mirpur.
The second match on those days will begin at 5:30 with the toss taking place at 5:00 pm and an expected finish of 8:50 pm.
This will be the schedule for the group stage matches on 10, 12 and 14 December.
The final and the 2nd Qualifier has also been moved ahead as they are on days where there is just one match.
Those matches will begin at 4:30 pm with the toss taking place at 4:00 pm and will have a scheduled finish time of 7:50 pm.
Beximco Dhaka face Gemcon Khulna in the first match on Thursday while Fortune Barishal take on Gazi Group Chattogram in the second match.
Chattogram have already qualified to the next phase of the tournament and are at the top of the table while Barishal still have a minor chance of qualifying if they win, even though they are at the bottom of the table.
