Job Context

Bashundhara Group a well-reputed & highly regarded business conglomerates is looking for self-motivated, proactive and energetic person for the position of Sub Assistant Engineer/ Assistant Engineer - Electrical for its cement sector at Mongla.

Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure smooth operation & maintenance of the shift.

  • Observation of all equipment & note down if any problem found in every shift.

  • Supervising & control of the activities of the subordinate workers.

  • Cement bag / bulk cement delivery confirming exact weight and keeping the equipment's condition as well as possible.

  • Cement bag receiving from store.

  • Maintaining shift register, history card etc.

  • Maintenance of equipment which is possible by him during shifting period.

  • To sanction of short leave to the sub-ordinate employee up to 15 minutes at an instance, in a day.

  • Ball mill schedule maintenance & supervision.

  • Ball mill production report recording.

  • Prepared the maintaining schedule.

  • Ball mill operation with physical supervisions.

  • Ball mill workers extra work recording.

  • Communicating C.C.R engineer & works for smooth operation.

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Electrical from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 year(s) experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Additional Requirements

  • Only males are allowed to apply

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

  • Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).

  • Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
