CRD- Centre for Research and Development (www.crdbd.org) has been established in 2017 by a group of development researchers. With its initial base in Dhaka, CRD has set up its international Office in Ottawa, Canada. In Bangladesh, this is one of the fastest growing development consulting firms. Recently, CRD has secured some innovative research projects and has been working with many INGOs and important Ministries and Departments of Government of Bangladesh. CRD has been awarded a multi-year research grant by one of the leading US Foundations. To ensure, its HR and Admin compliances and to support growing team, CRD is looking for a young, dynamic and hardworking professional for the position of 'HR and Admin Officer'.
Name of the Position: HR and Admin Officer'.
Report To: Manager- HR, Admin & Accounts
Department: Human Resources, Admin & Accounts
Duration of the contract: 2 years (after successful completion of 3 months' probationary period)
No. of Position: 1
Key Responsibility:
- Recruiting staffs and consultants.
- Onboarding and training staffs.
- Administration of pay and benefits.
- Liaison between employees and employers.
- Ensuring safety of workers.
- Ensuring legal requirements for workers are in place and upheld.
- Disciplinary action.
- Firing or handling resignations.
- Ensuring staffs follow organizational policy and procedure.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, leaves etc.
- Initiate staffs capacity building efforts
- Any other work assigned by supervisor or management.
Educational Requirement:
Must have MBA (major in HRM) or Masters in any other discipline with diploma in HRM.
Experience & Skills requirement:
- Skilled in professional business communication.
- Familiar with corporate HR Policy.
- Familiar with Administrative procedure and documentation.
- Experience in dealing with professional conflict and complaint management.
- Skilled in Bengali Typing.
- Well conversant both in Bengali and English.
Monthly Salary: The consolidated amount is BDT 20000- 30000 (Negotiable for more deserving candidate)
