Field Facilitator - BRAC

Position: Field Facilitator (Community Outreach Supervisor), CBP, Bhasan Char, HCMP

Job Context: This position will be responsible to assist the COMs Supervisor's outreach activities. They have to monitor & physically attend at the time of outreach home visits & awareness activities in order to find out the difference in standard & actual performance of the outreach.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact person for the project participants and will coordinate their participation in the project, including training modules, follow up, mentoring and community projects identification and implementation.
• Responsible to assist in COMs supervisor activity.
• Responsible for monitoring the achievement of the results set by the project in his/her area of responsibility.
• Ensure data collection, conducting surveys, submitting progress reports.
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Employment Status: Contractual

Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, "Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)" or any discipline from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s)

• Fluent in Chittagonian Dialect.
• Fluent in English & Bengali (Speaking & writing).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good team player.
