Consultant/ Specialist (Gynecology & Obstetrics) - Social Marketing Company

Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of SMC. The incumbent will be recruited as part time basis initially for one year period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance.

Position Title : Consultant/ Specialist (Gynecology & Obstetrics), Part Time (2 positions) for morning shift

Job Location: SMC Clinic, Darus Salam, Mirpur Road (SMC Tower-2), or SMC Niltara Clinic, Dhaka Uddan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultancy services especially for Gynae & Obstetric patients at OPD of SMC Clinic or SMC Niltara Clinic in accordance with the policies and guidelines of SMC Clinic Operations. 
• Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel for ensuring high quality services and patient satisfaction.
• Perform the duty at morning shift 3 hours preferably from 10 am daily and 6 days a week (except Friday and Govt. holidays).
• Refer patients to other healthcare specialists as needed.
• Ensure maintaining standard quality of services. 
• Ensure confidentiality of information at all times. 
• Record and update patients' medical histories, reports, examination results in software.

 Qualification & Experience:

• MBBS with MS or FCPS (Gynae & Obs.) with having updated BMDC registration (Consultants who are currently in services can also apply).
• At least 3 years' working experience in consultancy services in private hospital or clinic. 
• Proven working experience as a Gynecologist/ Consultant (Gynecology).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Expert diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate.
