Job Responsibilities
-
Lead the overall financial management including forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments and feasibility of future projects etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial and operational goals.

Supervise the complete finance & Accounts requirements for all aspects of our company operations.

Set up and ensure efficient operation of a sturdy Internal Control system in the company.

Submit accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends timely in order to assist the Management team to perform their responsibilities.

Review monthly operating reports for accuracy, completeness and variances between actual and budget results.

Designing Business Plans/strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.

Meeting Official Account, Costing & statutory Auditing requirements including internal audit by implementing functional systems, monitoring and achieving cost reduction.

Costing Analysis of each activity in business operations, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.

Coordinate external auditors and resolve their findings recommendations.

Advising on TAX & VAT planning (Within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities.

Ready to submit monthly financial statements, Financial Budgets and other informational reports/analysis within the deadline set by the management/ board.

Maintain liaison with all financial institutions and Government Sectors like Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, RJSC consultants and others external stake holders regarding financial issues.

Maintain existing bank interest / profit service charges etc as per sanction letter.

Monitor the Daily, weekly & monthly expenses to expenditure.

Set a strong fund expenses & disbursement plan.

Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures.

Implement the internal control procedures.

Monitor the accounting documentations, reporting, data, flowcharts etc.

Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operational needs.
Educational Requirements
-
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
-
ACCA/FCA/ FCMA/ / CFA.

The candidate should have minimum 15 years' experience in finance and accounts department out of which 5 years as similar role.

Fund management experience both in local and abroad in the relating field is preferable.

Strong organizational skills.

Sound knowledge to support business units for preparing short and long term strategic & operation plan based on financial analysis, ensure the ability of cost-effective financing to meet the needs of the current and future requirements of the business.

Analyze financial data, cost breakdown for monitoring, establish professional relationship with banks and financial institutions.

Proven experience managing finances of large projects

High expertise on financial reporting

Excellent negotiation skill, high intellectual capability, strategic, and tactical

Must have strong leadership qualities to supervise, lead, guide the large professional Finance & Accounts Team.
