YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
- Ensure that the business objective in the area is met
- Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO) & Territory Sales Supervisors (TSS)
- Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
- Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
- Ensure DB sustainability and accountable for day to day operation
TO WIN THIS JOB, YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Minimum 2-5 years working experience in managerial sales position in FMCG
- Graduation from any discipline
- Ownership; make decisions, is accountable
- Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
