Nawazuddin denies about starring opposite Jaya Ahsan in ‘Naxal Bari Uprising’

Indian actor Nawazuddin has refuted the news about starring opposite Jaya Ahsan in the web series "Naxal Bari Uprising".
During a recent interview with News 18, Nawazuddin denied about working with Jaya Ahsan or in any OTT platform series.
Jaya Ahsan was said to star opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the web series "Naxal Bari Uprising".
Popular Indian news portals including Ananda Bazaar first shared the news of Jaya Ahsan's Bollywood debut opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
"I am not doing any web series. These are all rumours and I haven't signed anything", Nawazuddin Siddiqui said during the interview.
"I am not interested in doing anything on OTT unless something that really excites me comes up", he added.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui was recently nominated at the 21 International Emmy Awards in the category Best Performance by an actor for his role in "Serious Man" directed by Sudhir Mishra.
