Shareholders of Premier Cement approved a 10% cash dividend for the year ended on 30 June 2020 at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. 

The AGM was held on Monday using a digital platform under the chairmanship of Mohammad Mustafa Haider, chairman of the company, a press release read. 

Managing Director Mohammed Amirul Haque gave a brief summary of Directors' Report and replied to numerous queries of the shareholders during the meeting. 

Director Md Alamgir Kabir appraised company management specially its chairman and MD for their dynamic leadership. 

Among others M/s Mohammed Ershadul Hoque and Independent Directors- M Mahfuzur Rahman & Fakhrul Islam, COO Tarique Kamal, CFO Md Shafiqul Islam Talukder, FCMA, Company Secretary Kazi Md Shafiqur Rahman, HIAC Selim Reza, FCA remained present. 

Director Md Jahangir Alam offered a vote of thanks and concluding remarks.
