Advanced Chemical Industries (ACI) Limited declared 80% cash dividend and 10% stock dividend to its shareholders for the financial year 2019-2020 that ended on 30 June.

The declarations came during ACI's 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Thursday through digital platform, reads a press release.

M Anis Ud Dowla, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting, it added.

The Audited Financial Statements for the year, along with Reports of the Directors and Auditors of the company were also approved by the shareholders in the meeting.

Also, Dr Arif Dowla, managing director of the company, in a short presentation, highlighted a few of the salient features of the business and addressed the issues raised by the shareholders.
