Syngenta Bangladesh Limited, a leading agricultural company, has handed over a dividend cheque to the Chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) for the fiscal year 2022.

The announcement was made during the company's 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) convened on 16 August at the Intercontinental Dhaka, reads a press release.

The AGM was presided over by Md. Saidur Rahman, chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) and also the chairman of the Board of Directors of Syngenta Bangladesh Limited.

Mohammad Hedayet Ullah, managing director of Syngenta Bangladesh Ltd, and his Leadership Team were present at the meeting.

During the meeting, Mohammad Hedayet Ullah presented the dividend cheque to the Chairman of BCIC, highlighting the collaborative efforts that have contributed to the company's success.

The Chairman of BCIC applauds Syngenta's Role in enhancing Food Security and acknowledges Syngenta's employees' dedication to continuously supporting farmers.
