Mobil Jamuna Lubricant (MJL) Bangladesh Limited, the country's largest lubricant company, held its 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday through a virtual conference.

MJL Bangladesh Chairman Md Anisur Rahman presided over the meeting, said a press release. 

The shareholders of MJL Bangladesh Limited approved a 55% cash dividend in the meeting. 

Managing Director Azam J Chowdhury, Directors Abdul-Muyeed Chowdhury, Mohammad Tamim, Tanjil Chowdhury, Md Gias Uddin Ansary, Independent Directors NKA Mobin and GM Khurshid Alam of MJL Bangladesh Limited attended the meeting.
