Saif Powetec donates Tk2 crore in Covid-19 relief fund

Noted sports event organiser and managing director of Saif Powetec, Tarafder Md Ruhul Amin has donated Tk2 crore to the Covid-19 relief fund and the house construction fund by private finance.    

He handed over the cheque to the PM's chief secretary, Ahmed Kaykaus while the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was present virtually, said a press release.

He would contribute more in the future responding to the call of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for the interest of the country if necessary, he said.
