LG PuriCare™: Utilizing the Best of Technology to Purify Drinking Water for All

Reports from ICDDR,B state that an average of 1,300 diarrhea patients have been admitted to hospitals in the capital city Dhaka every day in March and April. But the question is, why is this happening?

In Bangladesh, the number of diarrhea infection increases every year during summer, particularly towards the beginning and the end. However, due to the exacerbated effects of climate change, this year, many cases of diarrhea have started to emerge from the very first week of March, and by mid of March, the cases drastically increased in number. One of the primary causes for the spread of this disease is contaminated water. Drinking water, which contains harmful bacteria, will lead to the development of diarrhea in the body, along with other problems like abdominal pain, nausea, headache, fever, and many other conditions that gradually weaken the body's immune system.

Water quality is regularly being tested by Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (WASA) in order to mitigate the problem. Simultaneously, the public is being made aware of the dangers of drinking contaminated water. However, these precautionary steps are not leading to the cessation of the outbreak. In this situation, a proactive solution of the problem is to drink safe water by installing a water purifier at home. With increasing awareness of this solution, water purifiers have become the first choice for people to ensure safe drinking water for themselves. There are many different brands of water purifiers in the market to choose from. However, LG PuriCare™ water purifiers by LG Electronics stand out as one of the best in the market due to its advanced and reliable technology. Indeed, LG PuriCare™ Water Purifier is a breakthrough product of LG Electronics in Bangladesh which uses top-of-the-line technology that is transforming the industry of water purifiers.

LG PuriCare™ has a multi-stage RO filtration system that removes harmful viruses, bacteria, heavy metals (lead, rust, arsenic, etc.) and chemicals present in the water. It has an airtight stainless-steel tank, which provides dual protection to protect water from dust, insects, bacteria, and harmful germs while also preventing odors from spreading in the water. The tank comes with an airtight cover, which prevents impurities from entering the safe and filtered water. In addition, LG PuriCare™ has a mineral booster, which adds essential minerals to the water to make it healthier and give it a natural taste. LG PuriCare™ has an outside sediment filter to remove visible dirt from the water and a Composite (sediment plus carbon) filter system to ensure the removal of invisible germs and maintain the stability of the RO membrane. With so many safety measures and steps in place, it is almost impossible for any harmful substances to enter the body through water that has been filtered and purified by the robust system of LG PuriCare™. Additionally, there is an Everfresh UV Plus™ technology in the purifier, which ensures extra protection of the filtered water. It turns on every six hours for 75 minutes to sterilize the purified water so that it stays safe for long periods.

LG PuriCare™ water purifiers come in three different models, features and price points. These purifiers can be purchased from any Rangs Electronics Ltd. showroom with a 1-year warranty facility*. In addition to that, the first-year maintenance facility is completely free. Maintenance facilities include 3 times scheduled maintenance/service phone calls, change of outside sediment filter by an experienced technician, and fully digitalized disinfection of some of the internal parts of the device with LG unique Digital Sterilization Kit every 4 months. LG PuriCare™ water purifiers are available throughout the country in all authorized showrooms of Rangs Electronics Ltd.

Unsafe water is one of the main causes of the rapidly increasing cases of diarrhea in the country. In such a situation, it is imperative that we do not neglect the purity of the water that we consume every day. So, bring home LG PuriCare™water purifier today as a permanent solution for pure drinking water and keep your family members safe from waterborne diseases like diarrhea.
