foodpanda’s ‘Petuk Olympics’ kicks off for foodies

On-demand food and grocery delivery platform foodpanda has initiated an exciting contest called 'Petuk Olympics' from 1 June for foodies to eat and win exciting gifts by simply placing orders from restaurants on foodpanda.

The campaign starts today and will continue till 30 June. foodpanda users in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Sylhet, Savar, Cumilla, Rajshahi, and Narayanganj are eligible to participate in this competition.

To participate in the contest and snatch away lucrative prizes, foodies will have to place a minimum of three orders with a minimum order value of Tk 250 each week from the pool of participating restaurants under the "Petuk Olympics" title on the foodpanda app and website.

Each week, winners will be selected in three categories – gold, silver, and bronze. In the 'Gold' category, the top 5 highest-ordering customers will win five smartphones. In the 'Silver' category, second 8 highest-ordering customers will win eight smartwatches. And inthe  'Bronze' category, the third 11 highest-ordering customers will get foodpanda vouchers worth Tk 2000 each week. In addition to these weekly gifts, a lucky customer will win a grand prize, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, after the end of the contest period ends.

These winners will be selected every week (only orders for that particular week will be calibrated for winner selection) and weekly orders will not be carried forward. For the Grand prize winner, a customer's total orders for the afore-mentioned campaign period from suggested restaurants will be taken into consideration.

Every week the names of the winners will be declared on foodpanda's Facebook page. The winners will be contacted by foodpanda directly, and gifts will be handed over to the winners after the campaign ends.
