The wrestling team representing Bangladesh left for Uzbekistan on Wednesday morning to take part in the first round of the Mas-Wrestling World Cup-2021.
The Mas-Wrestling World Cup-2021 is scheduled from 15-21 June, 2021, in Uzbekistan. Five contestants from Bangladesh are participating in this competition this year, reads a press release on Wednesday.
Earlier, Bangladesh won a bronze medal in the 2018 Mas-Wrestling World Cup held in Kyrgyzstan.

Besides, Bangladesh participated in the Mas-Wrestling Congress-2015 held in Russia in 2015 and also in 2016 in Kyrgyzstan. The team also participated in Mas-Wrestling World Cup 2017 in Russia.
