The newly installed monitors display real-time booking information for products transported on various Biman flights. This initiative allows esteemed exporters and agents to stay updated on the status of their booked and transported goods, thereby facilitating smoother business operations and expediting their activities.
For further assistance, exporters can reach out to the cargo call center by dialing 13636, extension 6. The call center operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing timely information and support to meet the needs of exporters.
