Union Bank holds shariah supervisory committee meeting

The 36th meeting of the shariah supervisory committee of Union Bank was held on Wednesday.
Professor Mohammad Mozahidul Islam Chowdhury, chairman of the shariah supervisory committee, presided over the meeting, reads a press release issued in this regard.
Mufti Mohammd Muhibbullahil Baqee, member-secretary of the shariah supervisory committee, and Md Habibur Rahman, additional managing director of the bank, among others attended the meeting.
The committee discussed different shariah operational aspects of the bank.
