Eminent businessman and Industrialist Morshed Alam MP has been re-elected as the Chairman of Mercantile Bank Limited in the 385^th Board meeting of the Bank held on Wednesday.

He has been elected as the member of parliament of Noakhali-2 (Senbag-Sonaimuri) for 10^th and 11^th national parliament election.

He is the Sponsor Director of the Bank. Morshed Alam is the Founder Chairman of 'Bengal Group of Industries'. He is also chairman of Private Satellite channel RTV.
