GIBL appoints Prime Bank Investment Limited and LankaBangla Investments Limited as issue manager for its upcomming IPO
Global Islami Bank Limited (GIBL) has appointed Prime Bank Investment Limited (PBIL) and LankaBangla Investments Limited (LBIL) as their Issue Manager for issuing shares for the general people for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO).
The three institutions signed an agreement in this regard at a signing ceremony held on Wednesday, said a GIBL press release.
Managing Director of GIBL Syed Habib Hasnat, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of PBIL Khandoker Raihan Ali, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LankaBangla Investments Iftekhar Alam signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Additional Managing Directors of the Bank Md Golam Sarwar and Kazi Mashiur Rahman Jayhad, Deputy Managing Director Ataus Samad, Head of Issue Management of Prime Bank Investment Limited HA Mamun, Chief Executive Officer of LankaBangla Securities Khandoker Saffat Reza, Head of Primary Market Services of LankaBangla Investments Limited Md Khaled Hassan and other senior officials of respective organisations were also present at the ceremony.
