Community Bank signs agreement with Anwar Landmark

Community Bank Bangladesh Limited signed an agreement with Anwar Landmark on Sunday.

Under this agreement, Community Bank will offer special privileges including reduced loan processing fees, fast-track loan sanctions and attractive interest rates to its home loan clients who will purchase apartments from Anwar Landmark, said a press release issued by Community Bank Ltd on Monday.

At the same time, Anwar Landmark will offer various lifestyle benefits to Community Bank's home loan customers, including complimentary kitchen cabinets and other facilities, the release added.

Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive officer (CEO) of Community Bank Masihul Huq Chowdhury and Vice Chairman of Anwar Landmark Limited Manwar Hossain, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Community Bank's MD & CEO Masihul Huq Chowdhury said, "We are committed to offer the best possible lifestyle benefits for our customers. This partnership will enable both companies to offer better services to their clients".
