Using these machines both customers and bearer can deposit money in real-time at any City Bank account in 24x7 basis

City Bank introduces real time cash deposit machine (RCDM) for instant transaction.

City Bank has launched real time cash deposit machine (RCDM) for the first time in Bangladesh at Head Office ground floor.

Using these machines both customers and bearer can deposit money in real-time at any City Bank account in 24x7 basis, says a press release.

Bank's Managing Director & CEO Mashrur Arefin inaugurated the newly introduced channel for City Bank customers at a simple ceremony.

 

Customers will get instant reflections of the transaction with an instant notification message and can also make cardless deposits.

This facility will add a new dimension and will create a unique USP in CASA hunting from businessman community. Now our RATM and RCDM will work jointly like a Digital Teller.

The launch event was attended among others by Md Mahbubur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & CFO, Arup Haider, Head of Retail Banking of the bank.
