Bank Asia gets new DMD
SM Iqbal Hossain has recently been promoted to the post of deputy managing director of Bank Asia.
Prior to the new role, he was the senior executive vice president and head of international business and export finance division of the bank, said a press release.
Hossain joined the bank as first vice president and manager of operations in 2003.
He started his banking career with Sonali Bank in 1984.
Hossain served as a branch manager of major branches including the principal branch of Bank Asia.
He did his graduation and post-graduation in Economics from the University of Chittagong.
