Agrani Bank holds virtual board meeting
The 663rd meeting was held on Monday
The board of directors of Agrani Bank Limited held its 663rd meeting through a video conference on Monday.
The bank's Chairman Dr Zaid Bakht, Directors Mahmuda Begum, Kashem Humayan, Md Foroz Ali, KMN Manjurul Hoque Labloo, Khondoker Fazle Rashid, Abdul Mannan and Bangladesh Bank Observer Kazi Saidur Rahman, joined the meeting, said a media statement.
Besides, the bank's Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Mohammad Shams-ul-Islam, Deputy Managing Directors Md Anisur Rahman, Md Rafiqul Islam, Niazm Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury, and Company Secretary Khandaker Sajedul Haque, also joined the meeting.
