Agrani Bank holds 668th board meeting
The 668th board meeting of Agrani Bank Ltd was held on Tuesday through a video conference.
The meeting was chaired by bank's chairman Dr Zaid Bakht, said a press release.
It was the 10th virtual board meeting of the bank.

Bank's directors Mahmuda Begum, Kashem Humayan, Dr Md Foroz Ali, KMN Manjurul Hoque Labloo, Khondoker Fazle Rashid and Bangladesh Bank Observer Lila Rashid attended the meeting.
Agrani Bank Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Shams-ul-Islam, Deputy Managing Directors Md Anisur Rahman, Md Rafiqul Islam and Nizam Uddin Ahmed Chowdhury also joined the meeting virtually.
December 31, 2019 based audit report and financial statement of 2019 were approved in the meeting.
