AB Bank launches service for non-resident Bangladeshis

Under Jonmobhumi, NRBs will get special rate on savings account, fixed deposit and on the scheme deposit accounts

AB Bank has recently launched "AB Jonmobhumi" - a new banking facility for the non-resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) who will get 1% more on the remittances in addition to the 2% incentive given by the Government of Bangladesh.

Under Jonmobhumi, NRBs will get special rate on savings account, fixed deposit and on the scheme deposit accounts.

Tarique Afzal, president and MD of the Bank, inaugurated the service at a small programme. Sajjad Hussain, additional managing director; Abdur Rahman, DMD; head of Retail Banking Division and senior executives of the bank were also present at the programme.
