306th board meeting of SJIBL held
During the meeting, the board approved a number of investment proposals and reviewed various issues related to policy of the bank
Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held its 306th board of directors meeting at its Corporate Head Office in Dhaka.
The virtual meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Md Sanaullah Shahid, said a press release issued by the Bank on Thursday.
During the meeting, the board approved a number of investment proposals and reviewed various issues related to policy of the bank.

Vice-Chairman of the Board Md. Abdul Barek, Directors Abdul Halim, Mohiuddin Ahmed, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md Towhidur Rahman, Mohammed Younus, Mohammed Golam Quddus, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, KAM Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO M Shahidul Islam, the Additional Managing Director of the Bank Abdul Aziz, the Deputy Managing Directors Md. Shahjahan Shiraj and M. Akhter Hossain and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
