21st AGM of Standard Insurance Limited held

Standard Insurance Limited has declared 12.50% cash dividend for its shareholders.

The announcement was made at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company through an online conferencing on Thursday, said a press release. 

The company sponsors, directors and shareholders attended the meeting presided over by HTM Quader Newaz, chairman of Standard Insurance Limited. 

The meeting also approved the directors' report.
