Some 259 Bangladeshi expatriates left Dhaka today for Italy on a charter flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines amid Covid-19 outbreak.

Biman Deputy General Manager (PR) Tahera Khandaker confirmed the matter to The Business Standard.

"The flight departed for Rome at around 12:05pm", said the deputy general manager.
