Eminent Bangla litterateur Buddhadeb Guha has been hospitalised with Covid-19 on Saturday.

His physical condition is now stable despite the mild fever, Hindustan Times reports.

Earlier, the 86-year-old writer self-isolated himself in a hotel in Delhi after testing Covid positive on Thursday (22 April).

His daughter and chauffeur have also tested Covid-19 positive reportedly.
