Policeman dies in coronavius unit in Barishal

One more member of Police died from coronavirus in the coronavirus unit of Barishal's Sher-E-Bangla Medical College Hospital.

The deceased Sohel Mahmud hailing from Dumki upazilla of Patuakhali was a police constable from police training and welfare branch of Barishal Metropolitan Police.

"He was admitted in the coronavirus unit of the hospital  yesterday at 11pm with coronavirus symptoms. He died at 12am after his physical condition deteriorated," said the hospital's Director Dr SM Bakir Hossain.

His sample has been sent to labs to examine whether he was infected with coronavirus.
