MP Israfil Alam tests Covid-19 positive

Md Israfil Alam, a member of the 11th parliament from Naogaon-6 constituency, has tested positive with the novel coronavirus.

He is undergoing treatment at the capital's Square Hospital under the supervision of Dr Raihan Rabbani, Personal secretary of the MP Samir told The Business Standard.

Family members of Israfil Alam said that he took the test twice, the first one from BIRDEM General Hospital and the second one from Square Hospital. 

Both of the test reports came positive.
