Mashrafe still Covid-19 positive

National team cricketer, Mashrafe Bin Murtaza, is still fighting with the novel coronavirus on the 14th day of his infection.

On June 30, the 10th day of his infection, Mashrafe tested for the virus again but the result came positive, Mashrafe himself told The Business Standard today.

Mashrafe, who is also a lawmaker from the Narail-2 constituency, said that he is physically doing well now and would not do any test for the time being.

On July 8 he will do the Covid-19 test again, he added.

Morsalin bin Murtaza, Mashrafe's younger brother, also had the test done on the 10th day of his infection. Morsalin's result also came positive. He will also test with Mashrafe in a few days.

Mashrafe tested positive for the virus on June 20. Since then, he is receiving treatment at home.
