Manikganj put under lockdown to fight Covid-19
The lockdown will be effective from today and continue until further notice

Manikganj district administration has declared a lockdown in the district to contain the transmission of the novel coronavirus.
The lockdown will be effective from today and continue until further notice, the district committee announced the decision today.
Under the lockdown, people are asked to maintain the following instruction
- People should not go out of their houses without an emergency or life-saving necessities.
- People outside the district cannot enter the district and the residents of the district would not be allowed to leave the district. The same condition is applicable to the inter-upazila movement.
- People's going out of home from 6pm to 6am is completely banned
However, all emergency services will be out of the purview of the restriction.
