DU Ekushey Hall's residential area under lockdown
The infected patient is the mother-in-law of a teacher who came from one of the coronavirus hotspots, Narayanganj on last week
Dhaka University (DU) authorities locked down its Amar Ekushey Hall residential area today as a relative of a teacher tested positive with the deadly coronavirus.
"The residential area has been locked down and everyone has been ordered to stay at home," DU Proctor Prof AKM Golam Rabbani told The Business Standard today.
"The infected patient is the mother-in-law of a teacher who came from one of the coronavirus hotspots, Narayanganj on last week. Her test came positive yesterday," DU proctor added.
