Cox’s Bazar lockdown extended for 10 more days
The municipality area of Cox’s Bazar was locked down for 14 days starting from June 6 which ended today
The lockdown in Cox's Bazar has been extended for the third time till June 30, said the district Deputy Commissioner Kamal Hossain.
Earlier, the municipality area of Cox's Bazar was locked down for 14 days starting from June 6 which ended today. The infection rate had dropped during the lockdown.
Later, the district civil surgeon asked for a lockdown of another 10 days following the effectiveness of the restrictive measure.
The Cox's Bazar Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner Kamal Hossain approved the proposal and issued a notification today declaring a lockdown till June 30.
