Coca-Cola pledges Tk11.5 crore to fight Covid-19
Coca-Cola is partnering with Care Bangladesh to implement its support initiative
Coca-Cola in Bangladesh has pledged Tk11.5 crore for helping the healthcare system and communities through food package and distribution of beverages to contain the spread of Covid-19 pandemic.
The relief programme has been aimed at benefiting over 50 lakh lives across the country, including vulnerable communities and the frontline health workers, a press release reads.
Coca-Cola has adopted a purpose-driven approach to enhance the country's health infrastructure through providing PPEs and other vital health kits for health workers.
It will provide beverages to the frontline workers including doctors, nurses, police and other law enforcers to meet up their hydration needs.
Coca-Cola is partnering with Care Bangladesh to implement its support initiative.
