Chattogram MP Mosharraf tests positive for coronavirus

Ruling party leader and lawmaker from Chatttogram's Mirsharai constituency Engineer Mosharraf Hossain has tested positive for coronavirus.
His APS Md Nur Khan confirmed the news to The Business Standard early Friday.
"Samples were sent to Bangladesh Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases (BITID) on Thursday morning and those turned out positive for the virus around 10pm," said the APS.

He is now doing well and undergoing treatment at the Parkview Hospital of Chattogramm, he added.
Mosharraf is a presidium member of Bangladesh Awami League.
