Bangladesh joins Asia-Pacific aviation conference on COVID-19
The teleconference was moderated by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) director for Asia Pacific region Arun Mishra from Thailand

Bangladesh today join a teleconference of civil aviation authorities of 33 Asia and Pacific countries for sharing information on the prevailing situation of aviation sector amid COVID-19 pandemic.
Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) chairman Air Vice Marshal M Mafidur Rahman addressed the conference and shared the measures taken by the Bangladesh government for the aviation sector to contain the outbreak of deadly coronavirus in the region.
Heads of civil aviation authorities of the Asia-Pacific countries, including China, India, the USA, Australia and New Zealand and three international aviation bodies IATA, EASA and IFATCA took part at the virtual meeting.
