Another doctor dies of Covid-19 in Bogura

Dr. BM Farooq, a member of the Bangladesh Medical Association (BMA) of Bogura Branch and former Lecturer of Physiology Department of Rangpur Medical College has died of Covid-19. 

He died at Bogura TMSS Medical College and Hospital on Wednesday at around 1:40am of a novel coronavirus infection, read a BMA press release. 

He was 67 years old at the time of his death and left behind many admirers.

Dr. BM Farooq, was a student of Sylhet M.A.G. Osmani Medical College. 

The President of Bangladesh Medical Association Dr. Mostafa Jalal Mohiuddin and Secretary-General Ihteshamul Haque Chowdhury have expressed their deep grief at the death of Dr. BM Farooq.

With this, 82 doctors have died of Covid-19 in the country, according to the BMA press release.
