36 more Covid-19 deaths, 1,106 fresh cases
The death rate stood at 1.43% and the recovery rate at 75.10%

Bangladesh has confirmed 36 more deaths from the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours till early Saturday.
The country's death toll from the virus stood at 5,129 and death rate at 1.43% at that time, read a press release of the Directorate General of Health Services.
In the last 24 hours, 1,106 people tested positive for Covid-19, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 357,873.
The latest daily infection rate was 10.27%, while the overall rate stood at 18.85%.
A total 10,765 samples were tested in 104 laboratories across the country over the same period. So far, 1,898,775 samples have been tested.
The number of recovered patients reached 268,777, including 1,753 people in the last 24 hours, and the recovery rate rose to 75.10%.
Of the deceased, 25 were men and 11 women. Twenty-three of them were from Dhaka division, eight from Chattogram, two from Sylhet, and one each from Khulna, Barishal and Mymensingh.
So far, 3,974 men and 1,155 women have died from Covid-19 across the country.
Of all victims: 2,546 were from Dhaka division, 1,060 from Chattogram, 429 from Khulna, 336 from Rajshahi, 237 from Rangpur, 226 from Sylhet, 187 from Barishal, and 108 from Mymensingh.
The country first detected Covid-19 cases on March 8 this year. Meanwhile, the first death from the virus was reported on March 18.
