Some 217 more people tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Chattogram on Monday after testing 926 samples.
The number of patients suffering from Covid-19 in Chattogram is now 6,687, among them 148 have died, according to Chattogram Civil Surgeon Dr Sheikh Fazle Rabbi.
Among the 217 new cases, 164 are from Chattogram city and the remaining 53 are from different upazillas.
