No government or private hospital can refuse to provide treatment to any patient from now on.

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has given this directives today and asked to follow it strictly, said a press release.

"Give primary treatment to the patient having COVID-19 symptoms by first doctor and then send him to second doctor who has personal protective equipment for further treatments," it says.

All hospitals in district level and above should have a certain ambulance with driver having PPE for only carrying coronavirus patients and cannot carry any other general patient, it added.
