ULAB signs MoU with Moner Bondhu to prove mental healthcare for students
Under this agreement, the university students will get healthcare services related to mental health and personal well-being
University of Liberal Arts Of Bangladesh (ULAB) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Moner Bondhu, a mental health and wellbeing service provider, in order to provide psycho-social services to their students.
Under this agreement, the university students will get healthcare services related to mental health and personal well-being, reads a press release on Tuesday.
Acting vice-chancellor of ULAB Professor Shamsad Mortuza (PhD) and CEO and Founder of Moner Bondhu Ms. Tawhida Shiropa signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions on 18 April.
Besides, the virtual session was also held to inform the students at ULAB about the service. Psycho-social Counselor at Moner Bondhu, Ms. Kazi Rumana Haque provided a general guideline on mental health and personal well-being and explained the service.
