Ranks-Mahindra organise Care Fest Service Campaign

Ranks Motors Workshop, a subsidiary of Rangs Group, is hosting Ranks Mahindra Care Fest Service Campaign 2021 in a joint venture with Mahindra and Mahindra Limited.

This five-day global service campaign started on 20 March and will continue till 25 March, read a press release on Monday.

The campaign, being held in different countries of the world, will run simultaneously at Ranks Motors Workshop Limited and authorised service centers in 26 locations across Bangladesh.

Some of the campaign's offers include: A free check-up of vehicles, a 20% discount on labour charges, a 5% discount on genuine spare parts, a discount on engine oil, and discount coupons through which customers get 20% off of labour charges and a 5% discount on genuine spare parts for the next 30 days.

There will also be: free health check-ups for customers, gift items, sports and fun activities, tree planting programs, and drawing competitions for children.

Offers are also available for parts dealers. Dealers are due to get an additional 2% discount if they buy spare parts worth more than Tk50,000 and for purchases exceeding Tk1,00,000, they would get an additional 4% discount.

Satyajit Saha, executive director, Ranks Motors, said, "Customers' satisfaction and trust is of utmost importance to us and I am hopeful that this campaign will be especially effective in achieving and maintaining this satisfaction."
