Premier Leasing and Finance holds annual general meeting

The 18th annual general meeting (AGM) of Premier Leasing and Finance Limited was held virtually on last Wednesday. 

The company's Chairman AZM Akramul Haq presided over the meeting, said a media release.

The company's Vice Chairman and Chairman of Executive Committee Nargis Anwar, Directors Engr M Rabiul Huq and Farzana R Shahabuddin joined the meeting. 

Among others, Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee Abu Sadek Md Sohel, Independent Director AKM Shamsuddin and Alternate Director Bahadur Bapari also attended the meeting. 

Sponsors of the company ASM Feroz Alam, Md Nasiruddin Choudhury and Nikhil Kumar Saha, its Managing Director Abdul Hamid Mia, Senior Vice President and Company Secretary Subash Chandra Moulick also joined the virtual AGM
