The 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IFIC Bank Limited was organised through a digital platform on 27 May.

A large number of Shareholders virtually participated in the AGM, presided over by the Chairman of board of directors of the Bank Salman F Rahman MP.

The audited financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2020 and the 5 % stock dividend for the shareholders were approved at the AGM.

Vice-Chairman of the Bank Ahmed Shayan Fazlur Rahman, Directors Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury, Rabeya Jamali, ARM Nazmus Sakib, Quamrun Naher Ahmed, Md Zafar Iqbal, and Managing Director & CEO M Shah A Sarwar and Company Secretary Md Mokammel Hoque participated in the meeting among others.
