ICMAB holds 48th annual general meeting

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) on Friday held its 48th annual general meeting in Dhaka. 

The meeting was held at ICMAB Ruhul Quddus Auditorium, ICMA Bhaban in the capital's Nilkhet area, chaired by ICMAB president M Abul Kalam Mazumdar. 

ICMAB Secretary Abdur Rahman Khan FCIMA (Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) presented the report of the institute's council for 2018-2019 fiscal year.

Treasurer Prof Dr Swapan Kumar Bala presented the Audited Accounts and Financial Reports of the Institute for 2018-2019 fiscal year.

ICMAB vice presidents Jamal Ahmed Choudhury and Arif Khan thanked the council and members. 

Later, M Abul Kalam Mazumdar declared the elected members' name of the 17th ICMAB Council.

The members are- AKM Delwer Hussain, AKM Kamruzzaman, Kazi Muhammad Ziauddin, Md Mamunur Rashid, Md  Abdul Aziz, Md Abdur Rahman Khan, Md Ali Haider Chowdhury,  Arif Khan, Abu Bakar Siddique, Md Jasim Uddin Akond, Abu Sayed Md Shaykhul Islam, Md Kausar Alam FCMA, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, Md Munirul Islam and Abdul Matin Patwary. 

Former presidents, council members and a large number of fellow and associate members of the ICMAB attended the meeting.
