Green Delta wins ICSB Gold Award for 6th consecutive year
Green Delta Insurance Company (GDIC) has won the prestigious ICSB Gold Award once again for corporate governance excellence in the category of Insurance Companies at the 7th ICSB National Award 2019.
This is the 6th consecutive year that GDIC has bagged the ICSB Gold Award, said a media statement issued on Sunday.
The 7th ICSB National Award 2019 ceremony, hosted by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), was held on 23 January.

Md Anisur Rahman, deputy managing director and head of claims of GDIC, and Syed Aliul Ahbab, its senior executive vice president and financial controller, received the certificate and trophy from Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi.
While receiving the award, Md Anisur Rahman said, "This is a matter of great pride for the Green Delta family as we are the only insurance company to secure the ICSB Gold Award for six consecutive years."
"We are committed to continuing our glorious stride in corporate governance and set a strong example for other organizations of the industry in the years ahead," he added.
